So my thoughts are that I'm going to start writing brief opinionated reviews based on the movies and television programs that I queue up from Netflix. So this week, you're getting I Love You Phillip Morris, and a brief rundown from Hereafter and Annie Hall. Netflix only allows you to rate based on a five star scale, with no partial stars. So I'll oblige.
Annie Hall
1978 Best Picture winner, seemed like a movie that if it were made today would be starring Larry David. Definitely entertaining, quirky, and smart. I really enjoyed it. It's style and humor certainly aren't for everyone, as evidenced by most of Woody Allen's films. It was fun to see Jeff Goldblum and Christopher Walken in small supporting roles in their much younger years. Would recommend this to anyone who aims to see all the Best Picture winners, especially one of the most iconic and timeless romantic comedies ever. 4 Stars.
Hereafter
The first Clint Eastwood film in a long time that I've been disappointed by and bored during to the point that I fell asleep. I suppose I should give it a fair shot and watch it start to finish, but I wasn't really impressed by what I saw. So take my 2 star review for what its worth.
I Love You Phillip Morris
Excellent. Very funny and entertaining, and even more so being it's based on a true story. Very heartfelt. Jim Carrey is still great, Ewan McGregor is in true fashion, and it paces nicely at just under 100 minutes. You're not ever bored waiting to see what Steven is going to do next for Phillip, or what he'll do to get out of jail. I'd recommend I Love You Phillip Morris, at a 4 Star review.
So let me know if that was super boring. But I'll update after my next shipment.

I'm hoping next time you pick more exciting movies.. I was slightly disappointed when I watched all 3 of these. but then again I'm not a Woody Allen fan and I couldn't finish I love Phillip Morris (maybe I'll give that one a second chance)
